Rainbow Reef

I was diving for treasures of gold

Like a modern day pirate thief

When a vision of sunlight caught my eye

In the salty depths of Rainbow Reef

He wore no mask or diving gear

Just the goldest tan I’d ever seen

Soft hair floated like silk seaweed

Above eyes of deep sea green

CHORUS:

Mystery man, come take my hand

And show me a world beneath

We’ll be swimming and a-kissing like fish of the sea

In the salty depths of Rainbow Reef

We’ll be swimming and a-kissing like fish of the sea

We’ll be swimming and a-kissing like fish of the sea

We’ll be swimming and a-kissing like fish of the sea

In the salty depths of Rainbow Reef

He took off my snorkel and mask

And showed me I didn’t need air

Like I fool I surfaced to catch my breath

And when I looked for him he wasn’t there

Now I’ve been chasing every shiny wave

And every flash of phosphorescence

I keep seeing those eyes of deep sea green

Oh my golden man of luminescence

CHORUS
